Question

I am an elementary teacher in North Carolina. I recently watched a former teacher friend on Facebook doing a live broadcast about having a side gig and doing something that you love and are passionate about.

My passion and something I enjoy doing is drawing and painting. I would love to illustrate children’s books! It has been a dream of mine for a very long time and there is no time like the present for me to go after this goal of mine. I reached out to my former teacher friend, and she passed your information off to me.

I am emailing you for guidance on this. What can I do to start?? What do I need to put together to showcase some of my pieces I have done?

If you could provide any assistance with this, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you so much in advance for your time and help. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
