You will remember all your dreams when you pay attention to the existence of the information you receive when you sleep. Whenever you go to bed, tell yourself that you will remember your dreams when you wake up.

Write down your dreams as soon as you wake up. When your dreams are still fresh you can remember all the details, while later on, you forget many parts.

However, if you don’t have time to write down your dreams immediately after waking up, keep them in your conscious memory.

Don’t think about anything else when you wake up, but just remember your dreams and keep them in your memory. This way you won’t forget your dreams because you worry about other tasks of your daily life. Write down your dreams as soon as you have the chance to do so.

You can also use your cell phone to record your dreams as soon as you wake up and write them down later. So, you won’t forget any important details.

You should try to get at least 7 hours of sleep. This will help you remember many dreams with all their details.

However, it is not true that memorizing your dreams depends on how much rest you get. Even if you cannot…
