Though I’m not a pro at writing in English, I’ve got a few tips that will help you improve.
1. Think in English
Every language has an indigenous style that will sound extremely odd, sometimes even incoherent, when transcribed into another language.
We, non-English speakers, tend to translate what we think in our native language into English in our heads as we write.
This results in confusing, flawed, and rugged sentences that don’t convey the thought clearly, making us sound amateur.
You can tackle this by training your brain to think in English. You’ll have to switch to English mid-thought forcefully.
You might struggle to form meaningful sentences in your head at first. But over time, you’ll master stringing words together…
