I am horrible at communicating my feelings.
I am aware that I suck at expressing the way I feel. In my opinion, if I’m showing you I love you, that should be enough. Am I wrong for feeling this way? Why is it hard for me to say I love you? You think that if I do not say it, I don’t mean it. I do; it’s just hard for me to express it verbally. What are some ways to help me learn? Does this ruin your bonds with the person you are dating? I have so many questions. The time you spend with this person can end because you didn’t tell them you loved them verbally, which is wild to me. Times have changed, especially when it comes to dating and relationships. I am a person who is learning how to navigate by involving a person in my life. I am a loner, and it is tough for me to open up. Maybe I will get the hang of it eventually.
