Health requires healthy food. — Roger Williams

In the past, I have completed nineteen 30-day challenges, including squats.

The motivation behind 30 day challenge

The key reason behind a 30-day challenge is to help my reader form new habits by tracking progress with weekly and daily tasks to see the effect of compound results over time.

Here are my top reasons to start a 30-day challenge journey.

  • Challenges are fun
  • Doing the same task for 30 days seems like a game, and games are fun.
  • Studies have suggested that a challenge is more effective than a threat to accomplish goals.
  • You become addicted to seeing progress.
  • As humans, we have competitive instincts. You will feel more driven to accomplish other tasks in life.
  • A mere 30-day challenge has a clear starting and ending point.
