I hired a nutritional coach to boost my overall health. I used to get really tired despite having an active lifestyle.

I did all the medical tests, and everything was normal. I concluded that nutrition is the missing factor.

Instead of eating healthy foods, especially organic ones, I invested in a nutritional coach.

That was one of the best things I did in years. I am not going to share what she suggested; I was already eating everything she described. She just improved the expectations and suggested eating multiple times instead of gulping a huge meal.

One key ingredient she added — fresh fruits.

Kiwi was one of the tops when I sometimes shared my complaints about constipation.

She suggested adding one kiwi daily to my meal to boost my immune system.
