Life teaches us lessons in different ways.

We all have been hurt, understood, loved, and hated by people around us. It’s part of growing up.

Today, I want you to take a notebook and pen. While digital options are also good, I suggest using pen and paper because there is a certain beauty in writing things physically.

1. Write the name of the person who has hurt you the most__________

We all have been hurt and sometimes we keep things to ourselves and we bottle up our hearts with lots of emotions.

I want you to write the name of the person. It’s going to be challenging, so do it when you are ready.

I know this will bring up painful memories and emotions but if you have suppressed those emotions then it’s better to process those feelings and acknowledge the pain.

Acknowledging is part of the healing process.
