I love working from home.

Last year, I invested a lot to build a home gym.

I live in a pretty cold environment, where the temperature goes to -20 in winter, and it’s really hard to go to the gym early in the morning.

Therefore, after much consideration, I invested in building my home gym, where I can do pretty much all the exercises.

I am a huge fan of 30-day challenges. I truly believe 30-day challenges are the best way to test something new.

It could be related to your body (squats, planks, pushups) or learning something new.

I have done the pushup challenge many times in the past, but I really wanted to try again before the end of the year.

I wanted to write my fresh perspectives. It’s great to talk about something you’ve already done in the past, and it’s the best way to speak if the experience is pretty fresh.

How much exercise do you need per day? Let me share some stats.
