After hearing countless claims about fresh lemon detoxifying powers, immune-boosting effects, and the ability to kickstart metabolism, I decided to try this challenge.

Drink a tall glass of warm water with lemon every morning on an empty stomach. That’s it.

It’s pretty simple. Right!

Now, do it for 30+ days.

Preferably at the same time every day
