I spent three years in a startup. A journey filled with challenges, hope, and broken promises.

I joined fresh after my time in the Indian Air Force.

I wanted something exciting but something stable, not just for me but for my family. My parents depended on me. My sister’s education was my responsibility.

A startup came into my life through an old friend. It felt like the right choice.

I had other options though from the exams that I had written. I even got got interview calls from two, but this startup felt different. It seemed like a place where I could grow fast and a place to try something challenging.

The founders gave big promises. The conversation with them was convincing. I joined.

Looking back, I see my mistakes… I see my blind trust.
