I’ve had a sweet tooth for as long as I can remember.

Everyone’s got their poison, and mine is sugar. — Derrick Rose

I love sugar.

I have a sweet tooth and am not afraid to admit it.

Interesting fact: I enjoy dark roast black coffee without sugar or milk but love vanilla syrup and chocolates (I prefer 70%), but sugar is still my constant companion.

Before we jump on how I successfully completed this challenge, I failed this particular 30-day challenge more than 3 times.

I have been trying to stay away from sugar for merely 30 days for the past couple of years, but every time, I fail.

Deciding to quit sugar for 30 days was like declaring war on the things I love the most: chocolates.

But last year, with Xmas just around the corner, I gave it another try. Keep trying until you succeed or find a way how to pivot and get your desired results.

This time, I was 100% focused to see it through. You might be thinking I wasn’t focused last time when I failed, but the truth is completely different. Whatever I do, I give my 100%. That’s the only way to don’t regret it in case I fail.
