SEO is difficult but it’s not impossible, even for beginners. I keep reading about how hard it is to do SEO and drive traffic to your website from Google. I’ve seen some suggest that the only way to get SEO traffic for a new website is to hire an SEO consultant.

I’m no expert so perhaps it’s just my ignorance and the fact I’m only a year into my journey but I don’t agree. Driving traffic to your site via SEO is very difficult but anyone can do it with the right tactics.

I started a WordPress site in November 2019 and as of November 2020 it’s at over 6,000 page views the bulk of which are from Google and other search engines.
