I Have Started A 100 Day Fitness & WritingChallenge

The challenge has 4 elements — fitness, spirituality, writing, and social media.

A friend once told me that it takes 21 days to form a habit.

I tried following that. I’d do something for 25 days, hoping that’d stick as a habit. Only to find that habit slowly slipping away.
