People on social media talking about knee pain, joint pain, and back pain. I didn’t want that to happen to me. That’s when I started wearing barefoot shoes.
I’ve been wearing barefoot shoes since 2018, and it all started after I read one of Timothy Ferriss’ books.
He talked about the benefits of barefoot running, and I was intrigued.
Since then, I’ve transitioned to wearing barefoot shoes exclusively.
In fact, I don’t wear any other style of shoes now — and I’ll explain why a bit later.
Why Barefoot Shoes?
I already told you that it all started after reading a book by Timothy Ferriss.
He mentioned how the way we treat our feet can cause problems later in life. That got me thinking about my own feet and the shoes I wear every day.
I had already started noticing little things — a bunion slowly forming, some aches here and there after long days.
