I Tried The World’s Most Productive Routine For 31 Days
Did it work?
Hi all,
I was off for a month. I got caught up in another project, and it’s going great.
I thought this was the perfect time to share my thoughts on the world’s most productive routine.
Maybe it’ll help you boost your own productivity.
Many of you know me — I’ve done several 30+ day challenges.
I truly believe that instead of blindly investing in a long-term project, it’s better (depending on the project, tho) to test it for at least 30 days.
This 30-day challenge works especially well for health-related goals.
If I want to become a productive person, I have to eliminate useless scrolling and constant notifications.
So here’s the plan: wake up at 4:27 AM, cold showers every day, work out daily, 20 minutes of meditation, and reading every single day.
Time to create a daily priority list and no digital entertainment for the entire 4 weeks.
I already know I’m going to regret that one. No digital entertainment for 30 days?
I’ll also be adding some practices from Andrew Huberman and David Goggins. The productivity pros!
