Often we may find cliché some things that are very simple to do for a whole month, such as a month of sleep eight or more hours a day.

This can really change your life. If you sleep more, rest more and if a person rests more, you will have more strength and vitality during the day.

Today I come to bring you very simple things that can really change your life if you do it for a whole month.

→ Sleep 8 or more hours a day

→ Get sun daily

→ No sugar

→ Drink 2 L of water

→ Read 30 minutes a day and write also too

→ Workout 3x a week

→ Eat fruit and vegetables

→ Meditate for 10 min daily (this will save your mind)

These simple steps will change your life for good and you will see that will make a huge difference!
