You do not start at the top, even though the top attracts you, even though the top is the motivation for you to start out. You are not ‘there’ when you first start out, and it could take you to be a while before you do.

Do not overcomplicate your life.

The simplicity of life is the most beautiful thing.

Here is the mantra to reach your top which is in alignment with nature.

It’s simple.

You try to achieve your ‘impossible’, but the most efficient way is to do what you can, without worrying about reaching the top.

Do not self-sabotage.

Get out of your own way.

The vision of the top and the difference between your present and the mountain top is not an invitation to frustration, it is a reminder, a constant reminder that you must keep doing what you can and keep pushing in order to get closer to your ‘impossible’, to your top of the mountain.

It's important to understand the anatomy of growth to allow it to happen.

You can’t lift 200 kilos on the first day, but you can lift it by starting with what you can lift, day in and day out, and if you keep doing that with the intention of increasing it incrementally, maybe you can lift 200 kilos, maybe even more than that.

Nobody knows what your ‘mountain top’ is.

I know you want to reach that mountain top but I guarantee you, once you reach there you will have a clearer vision of the next ‘mountain top’ and then the next and so on.

Soon, you will realize that reaching there is not the only reward. The real reward is virtues like patience.

Composure,

Persistence,

Self Acceptance,

The ability to handle your destructive self and numerous other virtues that you develop on the climb.

Your real challenge is not to obsess about reaching the top anyway, it is your ability to be disciplined and persist, every day.

Do not underestimate what you can become by doing what you can because, “If You Do What You Can For Long Enough (and keep stretching it incrementally), Maybe You Can Do Things You Thought Were Impossible For You”.
