Do you hear me my darling?
Last night you were on my mind again,
In the dead-end streets of despair.
Your longing turned into tears,
They flowed down my cheeks like a warm kiss.
My cheeks were red, angry at the mirror.
Whenever we met, you would look from them,
From stray, rude mirrors.
My feelings went to our special place,
Where we hugged for the first time.

What we had was not a phase,
It was like a lifetime, it was worth dying for.
Your eyes came to my mind, your beauty,
You were like a fruit that made me dizzy.
Waterfalls flowed into me from your eyes.
Then I would become stranded when I leave,
I still wouldn’t get tired of being without you.

Without you I’m shattered, drowning in misery,
My hands are searching for you tonight, my eyes for your eyes.
The songs are sad, the songs are bitter,
Because you’re not here, this city is tired, this city is hit.
I’m searching for…
