It’s as Simple as Saying the Same Thing Over and Over Again

People tend to overcomplicate making money online (By people, I mean me).
And maybe you do, too.
I’m on all the platforms doing all the things—blogging, TikTok, Etsy, YouTube, podcasting, Medium, just to name a few.
I’m staying consistent and starting to see some of the fruits of my labor coming forward in my Etsy shops.
But to get there these past few months, I had to take a step back from Medium. My energy and focus needed to shift to a place where I could see a return on my time investment.
However, I still see potential in Medium. Though I haven’t been reading as much as I used to, I still silently lurk.
What I’ve learned is that people who achieve success through increased followers, engagement, or monetary gains typically repeat the same message over and over.
Because I’m a multi-passionate overachiever, I often think that if I already wrote an article on a certain topic or posted a TikTok about it, then it’s out there, and I have to come up with something completely new for the next one.
