Let’s see how I am doing through 1/3 of the journey, shall we?

First things first, let’s do a little recap of Elon and Tesla’s 2023.
In July it was reported Tesla committed advertising fraud and lied about the range a car has per battery charge. Or “Inflated its driving estimates to attract more customers.”.
To the FTC it should be fraud, to me it is a fraud, Elon’s P/R and legal departments can call it what they want, but I feel like it’s clear fraud.
The best part is, that Tesla is still in the middle of the pack in EV range. The Lucid destroys the Tesla S (520 miles to 400 for the S) per change and only costs $10k more. But the IONIC5 comes within 20 miles of the range of the Tesla S and only costs $38k.
Another thing I did not see coming was the board of Tesla accusing Elon of taking psychotropic drugs regularly. For the investor this was a big deal, however, it does explain the Twitter purchase, the Boring company, and his fantasy of going to Mars (and maybe the “simulation” comment, his trying to reproduce more times than Genghis Khan…
