Jeff Bezos Just Donated $2.5 Million To This Hawaii Non-Profit

KHON 2 News announced today that Jeff Bezos, Amazon founder and second wealthiest person in the world, awarded $2.5 million in donations to Family Life Center, Inc., a Hawaii 501(c)(3) non-profit.
Family Life Center’s Mission:
“Family Life Center strives to stabilize the lives of people in their time of need by connecting individuals to a wide variety of supportive services that allow them to reconnect, heal, and succeed in life” — Family Life Center, Inc.
This tax deductible donation was part of the Bezos Day 1 Families Fund.
In 2020, Bezos donated $1.5 million to this Hawaii-based nonprofit aimed to curb homelessness and support families.
A total of 32 organizations in the U.S. received grants grand-totaling to $96.2 million from the fund this year.
