Know, Like & Trust Is Branding Bullshit
So why do we keep saying it
Know, like, and trust is not personal brand positioning.
Regurgitating, “people buy from people they trust,” are wasted words and folx with no leads.
And since you’re not getting the leads to scale your business should I be an ass and assume no one knows, likes, or trust you?
What about the new popular saying , “fail fast fail often,” crowd. Wait, I’ll save that for another day.
Sadly, you’re so busy quoting shit, you’re not doing shit.
If I’m wrong, answer me this. How many so called personal brands do you know, like, and trust for reasons other than they’re rich and famous? Did any broke folx come to mind.

Let’s use one of the favorite examples of personal branding, Jeff Bezos. His over used quote of, “Your brand is what other people say about you when you’re not in the room,” makes me feel like I’m choking down bile when I hear it. Don’t deny that you’ve used it.
Personally, I don’t give a flying fuck what’s said about me when I’m not in the room because I don’t know the context. Also I have no control over what’s said when I’m not in the room. Someone saying good or bad things that I can’t…
