Knowing oneself is paramount to a life of meaning and purpose. Unfortunately, Getting to know yourself is no easy task.
Most individuals are of the notion that they know who they are. But In a lot of cases, they are actually trying to be the typology they want to be — not the typology that is inborn in one’s psyche.
I myself, have not found my true dominant typology, yet. Although, one thing is for sure — I have my learning boots strapped on tight as I venture on a journey of self-discovery. Brushing past many trees in the forest of personality until finding my true self — my dominant typology.
Knowing your primary typology will enable you to Follow your Ikigai or dharma
There, of course, can be an admixture of typologies swirling around in one's psyche.
However, we all have a dominant typology. Understanding what this is will enable you to form symbiotic relationships with minds who are the missing pieces to your typological jigsaw.
follow your Ikigai — The Japanese philosophical concept. Or follow your dharma — the Indian, Hindu philosophical concept. Whichever you prefer.
