Most people commit to people but not to themselves. They can not commit to what they promised themselves to do, either they are tired, bored, unsure, and most importantly they are indecisive.

Most people do hard work without knowing that they could do it cleverly, like solving a problem with a different/efficient solution, and efficiency rely on details. Don’t only do it but find better ways to do it better.

A hard-working person is the one who uses all six hours to chop down the tree because he does not think that sharpening the ax is worth the effort.
