A comeback of Sebastian Vettel seems impossible and very far away for most people, although everyone would love to see him back in the motorsport business. Now the rumors are swirling that Vettel might be eyeing a new role at Red Bull. Sky Sports pundit Ted Kravitz might have started those rumors by saying “We may well see a surprise comeback of Sebastian Vettel this year, but it won’t be as a driver”.

Vettel is now tipped to replace Dr. Helmut Marko who has been the motorsport advisor at Red Bull for many years now.

Furthermore, did Kavertz explain that Vettel mentioned that he would be open to making an appearance at the Suzuka Circuit in Japan, which is known as his favorite track? But Kavertz believes that Vettels' return to the paddock will be in a more permanent capacity.

Following that he opens up the possibility of Vettel also being enticed by a position within the Audi F1 team management since they are arriving to the grid in 2026. However, Kravertz believes that a return to Red Bull is more likely but we will have to see what the future will bring.
