The weather is nice, not so sunny as I would expect, around 19 degrees. One fact is certain that I am more active, I don’t stay all day long and evenings in from of the screen.

I actually take long walks on the beach and in the city, twice or third times one day. My sleep has also improved, at 10 PM I am in bed, sleeping and at 7 or 8 in the morning I am awake. I try to eat the right fruits and fish. I would love to drink my morning coffee on the beach, but I hope this will happen any time soon, in a few days when the weather will be warmer.

I did not have the chance to run on the beach until now but is still time for this too, I just tried to accommodate the city, the lifestyle, work, and beach walks. There are some movements with the restaurant, I think starting with 1st of June it will open them, which is nice to go and have my morning coffee to a terraced beach. We did go in research to check the shells if they are still on the stones in the sea, and they are there but are little, probably in a couple of weeks we can actually go after and home some delicious dishes. The sea is very calm, no waves, the beach is empty and clean.

And surprisingly in comparison with back 5 years ago now are a lot of teenagers out, walking which is also nice because this gives a young vibe to the city. I like that, are many swans, seagulls, and a lot of od cats is a friendly cat city.
