Life’s Method

Lessons from the Journey

Its method,

is men,

seeking what might be,

Believing goals,

are beacons,

visible and bright.

Yet not,

in reaching peaks,

or treasures found,

But in whispers,

profound,

of the grounded earth.

True wealth,

not held in gold,

or fame’s embrace,

But learned,

from breezes, rivers,

and warm fireplaces.

Each step,

taken in fear,

teaches us,

more than words,

a thousandfold.

Triumph is,

to gaze upon the sky,

Feeling small,

under its vast eye.

Knowing that,

being is more,

than just possession,

That peace,
