Before going live in today’s era, prior testing is imperative, as its failure could damage a company’s business and reputation. Considering fleeting brand loyalty today, negative user reactions can lead to user migration as well. (2)

Today’s customers are demanding: always-on, accessing content from various devices, and expecting the highest user experience. Anything less than exceptional response is grounds for unhappiness, perhaps even lost business. (3)

When you don’t respect the testing process: the product, the business, and the company will suffer the impacts:
- Fewer defects found beforehand;
- Resources confused on what their roles and responsibilities are;
- Not clear on when product is ready;
- Increases cost to the project;
- Increases resource effort for the project;
- Reduces the overall quality of the project. (4)
- Excessive Expenses;
- Delayed Product Launches;
- Dissatisfied Users;
- Reduced Brand Reputation.
