Meet Helen Müller

This story introduces You, Me and Happiness, a senior editor of Illumination Integrated publications. On Medium. Helen Müller had her first little business at age nine. She sold biscuits on their family farm in South Africa.
She reversed engineered her life at age 16, realizing the importance of being truly fulfilled in this life. She left her home country not long after in the pursuit of happiness. It was her most important goal.
After sailing across the Atlantic in 2007 and facing a number of personal hardships, she found herself in the UK, where she met a wealthy businessman. He had the ‘perfect’ life, thriving business, loving relationship, good health, had traveled the world, yet he was not fulfilled after observing and engaging with him.
Helen had a big epiphany moment. She realized that if she did not find the answer to fulfillment soon, she could end up like this one day. Unable to enjoy life at the moment whilst reminiscing over past travel adventures. This epiphany led her to discover the answer to true fulfillment after a nine-year search and also to writing You, Me and Happiness — A Methodology for fulfillment.
