Meet Muhammad Siddiq Balagam (MSB) — 25 Years Old Nomad Entrepreneur

Introducing Muhammad Siddiq Balagam (MSB), an entrepreneur and a consultant.

Muhammad Siddiq Balagam (MSB) is the founder and CEO of Consultisor Global LTD, a full-service consulting agency that partners with clients to help them achieve their business objectives. After having worked with many companies to handcraft the best marketing strategies, Siddiq has established himself as an authority and a thought leader in the consultancy and digital marketing arena. He is also the founder of Amazon Pro Experts, an A to Z Amazon and Ecommerce based agency specializing in growing brands globally.

MSB has partnered with many influencers, entrepreneurs, startups, and established companies, and has successfully gotten them to achieve their growth and marketing objectives. At the young age of 25, when most people are still trying to figure out what to do in life, Balagam seems to have everything figured out. He has managed to build multiple successful businesses in the past 4 years. I had the chance to meet him recently and got to learn more about his story.

Siddiq’s eCommerce journey started very early on during his high school years. He said,

“When I was 16, Being Memon, I knew deep inside that I will be unable to follow traditional educational and job routes. I just couldn’t see myself as a part of the rat race. The 9–5 job route was not motivating me enough. I knew I had to do something creative. I knew I had to build the system and business. I’m always asking questions. I’m always trying to figure out ways to solve problems. I crave challenges. I just would never have fit at any traditional job. So, I knew a long time ago that entrepreneurship was the only path for me to achieve and fulfill my goals and dreams ”

While most people in high school were busy playing video games or partying, Siddiq says he was spending his time thinking of business ideas, building a network with entrepreneurs, and planning the steps he could take to achieve his goals. “I was busy reading books, doing networking, testing multiple things another n internet. I knew I had to face challenges multiple times before getting the desired results. But the only way forward was to stay focused and committed. That’s the only way you can win in life. You have to sacrifice your present, so you can celebrate in the future for the long term.”

By avoiding all unproductive activities, Siddiq was able to focus on the one thing he was passionate about i.e building businesses. Siddiq realized the potential that the digital era provides us, and the options which did not exist a few years ago. He tried his hand at many different online businesses in the local market including clothing, Mobiles accessories, etc. but faced failure and hurdles multiple times, but he didn’t give up and was continuously looking for new opportunities.

After joining the largest eCommerce network of Pakistan, Extreme Commerce, he tried his hand at freelancing and amazon private label. Siddiq started to learn high rewarding skills to provide services as a freelancer on different websites like Fiverr and Upwork and FB groups.. Being the quick learner that he was, he mastered the art of doing online business and creating value for clients.

Once he cracked the code of freelancing, He wanted to scale, and this made him realize that he didn’t actually have to do all the work himself. In order to increase revenue, he needed to have a team that does the work for him. He decided to just focus on growth and branding and delegate the remaining work to experts in their respective fields. Always having an entrepreneurial mindset, he then spent all his energy on building networks and joining hands with the talented people in the industry. By expanding his team, and putting all his attention on Branding and Growth, Siddiq was able to grow his business exponentially.

When I asked him about what allowed him to succeed at such a young age, he said it was all about focus and clarity. “I decided 7 years ago about what I want to achieve. I have my 1 year, 3 years, and 5-year goals clear in my mind, and I am prepared to do whatever it takes to achieve my goals. Success becomes a by-product once you know exactly what you want, and then you are already prepared to do whatever it takes to.”

He started offering Branding and Digital Marketing related services to Agencies and Amazon Sellers and Micro Agencies/Service providers and grew that into a successful business. In the past 2 years, he has worked with numerous top influencers, Amazon Sellers, startups, and companies, helping them to achieve their goals as big as building 7 figure business.

“Branding is All winning your customer Loyalty. You need to know the right audience, and you need to position your brand story in the right way. But it’s not as easy as it sounds.”

MSB had to spend years networking with Founders and CEOs of Multimillion Companies. Before he was able to build a strong network of connections. He had to test out various different strategies, facing resistance/hurdles on many of them, but he finally learned what works and what doesn’t. Each failed strategy taught him a lesson, which he tried to avoid in the next one. “Either you win, or you learn,” said Balagam.

At the age of 25, MSB is already running multiple successful businesses, in the fields of marketing, accounting, taxation, e-commerce, and Amazon. According to him, this is just the beginning. Right now, he is working on scaling and expanding one of the core businesses “Consultisor Global LTD” in the US and the UK, and also launching High Street Bank account creation services in US and UK under the same company.

Balagam’s story is an inspiration for the younger generation to follow their dreams, to always think big, and to never give up no matter how much resistance they have to face.
