This unique creature inhabits the arid areas of East Africa.

The gerenuk is a stunning antelope species that boasts a long and elegant neck. It is commonly known as the giraffe gazelle and is the sole member of the Litocranius genus. This magnificent animal was first identified by the renowned naturalist Victor Brooke way back in 1879. With its unique features and striking looks, the gerenuk has captured the hearts of many wildlife observers.
