I have written numerous articles on mindfulness in the past. I am drawn to its simplicity but find it challenging to practice it consistently. Despite understanding the techniques, I continue to work hard to incorporate them into my daily life. My beliefs are strong, and it is an essential philosophy for a healthy lifestyle.

Mindfulness can be defined as the practice of being fully present and engaged in the current moment.
It involves cultivating awareness and acceptance. Awareness refers to the ability to focus on one’s inner processes and experiences, while acceptance involves observing and accepting thoughts without judgment or avoidance.
Why is this challenging?
Cultivating awareness and acceptance is challenging for me because it requires a lot of self-reflection and patience. It’s difficult to constantly focus on my inner experiences and thoughts without getting distracted.
Also, accepting thoughts without judgment goes against my natural tendency to analyze and evaluate everything…
