Today, let’s talk about a concept that many people may not have heard of before. It’s that you don’t necessarily have to be good at something, you just have to find value in it for yourself.
What does that mean? For example, you might need to improve at running at all. Running might not be something you’re good at or consider a strength. But you enjoy walking. Walking makes you feel comfortable. So, walking is something valuable to you.
You might have heard of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, from basic physiological needs to safety needs, love needs, social needs, esteem needs, and finally, self-actualization needs. Each level has things that can satisfy your current psychological needs.
