One Thing That Shortens Your Life That You Should Stop Right Now
Not an easy task but something we should all keep in mind
Does your mind go nuts at certain times?
When under the extreme pressures of a family problem, deadlines at work or your children’s well-being? It’s so hard to keep your cool.
For instance, this morning, my daughter looked pretty unhappy; I wondered what underlying problems might be occurring in her teenage life.
Does she have issues with the kids at school? Is she eating enough healthy food — and on and on it goes.
My mind can wander towards worry if I don’t stop and decide then and there to think about the things I want to happen.
So, all those audiobooks I’ve been listening to seem to help.
But it’s not always that easy.
According to Yale researchers, stress does make your life clock tick a lot faster!
The good news is that we can manage the effects by strengthening our emotions and regulating self-control.
Doing this does get easier when you practice!
