Do you need to tell things to other people about what you are up to? Do you need to inform people about random unnecessary information?

Sometimes keeping things to ourselves may be a lot harder than expected, so why not write it down on pen and paper?

Why? Because we people sometimes overshare without realizing it.

In case you send text messages immediately with the desire of wanting others to know, write it down on a pen or paper first and see if that desire is gone if not there’s always a chance to tell later, immediacy isn’t always the key sometimes.

Typing down isn’t effective, it's forgetful, and takes way too much thinking. It is distracting as well.

Just have a small notebook. Just to write. Don’t think of format or handwriting. A sentence for each page. Don’t worry about wasting pages. Just write as you would in texting.

Warning: don’t use a pencil if you have anger issues! Breaking down pencils may become a hobby!

Don’t type! it's worthless- it takes way too much time thinking. Try to limit typing to only storing information.
