Why you need to consider!

A lot has been said and written about ‘personal growth’ and what it is and why one should do it. I just wanted to offer my thoughts with some of the perspectives which have helped me to upgrade it in the right way and bring my back to the basics of daily personal development practices.

So, I will be covering three key steps and try to make my learning journey as simple as possible.

1) See your pattern

First thing, instead of setting aside your fears and weaknesses, just put them in front of the table and see the pattern. Now this pattern has two sub domains.

One is common i.e., if you think it is associated with your mental peace and maybe harmful to some extent, then you need to consider revamping them or just do what personal growth strategy suits you.

But the other domain is less followed and takes both time and spirit i.e., if you think your flaws and fears are coming from someone else and are being directed to you just for perfection then I would say you don’t need to make the pattern of your life unfathomable — back to basic step one.

2) Look at your weakness

Second thing, try to comprehend the concept that humans have a triangle of positive, negative, and mixed personal qualities. And finding the reason behind how we handled a difficult situation is something we commonly do.

And so we also commonly internalise our sufferings, putting them aside and thinking like we can handle everything really well. But, what we don’t truly perceive is sometimes we need to simply acknowledge it as it is i.e., back to basics step two

3) Past, Present or Future & Rule of Nature

I wanted to share this rule of nature. It says that, Rivers do not drink their own water. Trees do not eat their own fruits. The sun doesn’t shine on itself. And flowers do not spread their fragrances for themselves. So living for others is a rule of nature and we all are born to help each other no matter how difficult the situation is. Life is good when you are happy but much better when others are happy because of you.

In my opinion, the key behind strongly ruling this rule of nature is keeping the balance. Some common human traits are investing a great deal of time obsessing about other people, letting self sympathy, wavering between past, present and future, and many more.

So, nature tells us what to balance and in what possible way — back to basic last step.

My Final Thoughts

From seeing the pattern to finding it is the most important thing for us, the rest will do its part gradually.
