Pickled Eggs Helped me Lose 5 Pounds in Two Weeks: Here’s How

It all started while searching for kids’ snacks at Sam’s Club. There, I found a massive container of pickled eggs — it’s red liquid, alluring.

It turns out these magical eggs didn’t need refrigeration and remained edible for months.

So without hesitation, I snatched ‘em up.

Little did I know these pickled eggs would help me lose 5 pounds — equivalent to a small pug — in just a few weeks.

Okay, it wasn’t only the pickled eggs; I also downloaded Lose It!. You know, one of those apps where you record your calories for the day?

But the pickled eggs were a big part of my quick weight loss success, here’s why.

As most of us know, losing weight isn’t always easy. In fact, most of the time, it’s not.

Let’s just say that after breaking my ankle in two places at the beginning of the pandemic, I packed on more than a few extra pounds (goodbye running, hello peanut butter.)

Anyhow, recording my calories and seeing how many carbs, protein, and fats I consume, now bring my healthy and unhealthy eating patterns to life.
