But you donā€™t have to do anything with tomatoes, but the major hidden secret to effective ā€œTime Managementā€ is thinking about tomatoes rather than starring at your wall clockšŸ•˜. It may look funny at first, but I heard and also saw thousands of people who can improve their life-changing power by using the Pomodoro technique. Basically, itā€™s the Time Management method or we can say the Time Management framework.

This well-known time management method will ask you to alternate Pomodoros, It allows you to focused on your work sessions including frequent short breaks of at least 5 minutes in between. All of them will help you to be sustained concentration on a particular task, focused on your goals, and stave off mental chores.

What is Pomodoro Technique?

In simple words, It is as simple as it is effective ā€” you use a timer to break your work into time blocks (generally 25 minutes), separated by a 5-minute break. After every 4 Pomodoros, you can take a longer break, again repeat the steps.
