You have spent hours building a beautiful website. You hired an agency to help you market your business and products to the world. You launch, wait for the sales to come in, and nothing.

How could that be? Your website is so beautiful, it could hang in the Louver, next to the Mona Lisa. Where did you go wrong?

It is Your Message

What would happen if you walked into a restaurant with your family to enjoy a nice meal, and instead of the waiter greeting you and wanting to take your order, launched into a monologue about the grass-fed cows and local food supply chains?

Confusing as hell. All you wanted was a nice burger with a side of fries and coleslaw.

Your customer does not care about the pretty pictures on your website. He came to you searching for answers to a problem and all you gave him was a picture tour of your company.

It is not even the fault of the agency you hired. They know their way around Photoshop like pros and they sleep design layouts. The skillset they lack is good copywriting. What do they know about clear messaging?

Stop the Jargon and the Noise

Connect with your customer on a human level. Speak his language. Your customer is the hero…
