Process Definition Magic Bullet!

A stakeholder is a party with an interest and can affect or be affected by the business. A process is a series of actions to achieve a result. In designing a process, it is vital to consider stakeholders who will be impacted during its implementation. It may be easy to focus specifically on the individuals or groups directly involved in the process tasks, but this could result in process failure in the longer term.
