Reduce Your Risk of Developing Type Two Diabetes in This Simple Way
It’s a few simple things combined that will aid in reducing your type two diabetes risk
When it comes to health and wellbeing, a look into the future can help determine the decisions you make today.
For instance, did you stop to realise the effects certain foods and lifestyle habits have on your health now?
What about when you begin to age a bit more?
No matter what age you are now, it’s vital that you realise what you’re doing today will either serve or hinder your health in the future.
For example, my mum developed type two diabetes based on her lifestyle.
She did have a sweet tooth (don’t we all) and this, as well as eating more food than she should have, contributed to her weight gain and then diabetes diagnosis.
That eventually led to cancer and caused her to pass away. It was a long and painful process and one that I don’t want for myself — or you.
I write this to warn you that we aren’t indestructible beings.
