According to Google, The Villages, a Florida retirement community of 120,000+, has over 200 restaurants. In addition, there are numerous bars that would not have been listed under “restaurants,” such as the 4 walk-up drink stations on each town square, which have a live band every night. Restaurants and bars surround the four squares.
We are lucky. Our town square, Sumter Landing, also has an up-scale nightclub and a high-end restaurant. The nightclub emphasizes dancing and entertainment while serving good food, better than most restaurants in The Villages. The restaurant, Redsauce, serves superior Italian and American food while providing single singers as live entertainment and a small dance floor.

The Environment
Host: Their host station is a permanent fixture, not just a rolling host platform or a place to stand. It is easy to see, and they have everything they need in one place. They even have the month’s entertainment schedule. I take a photo on my phone.
