Sir George Constantinou was murdered on Thursday 16th December 2008 by a gang in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea, he was with me at breakfast that day in the Airways Hotel.
The Raskols are the local gangs that make Port Moresby one of the most dangerous cities in the world. I was working there setting up the IT department of a cellular network.
