Are you tired of scrolling through endless chats in Telegram groups, trying to delete your old messages one by one? Maybe you want to erase your digital footprint, hide your recent activity from somebody, or you simply don’t trust Telegram anymore and want to start fresh. Whatever the reason, you don’t have to waste time manually deleting each message. In this article, I will show you how you can quickly and easily delete all messages in one or all the groups you’re in.
Small disclaimer: keep in mind that although this method does not require any coding skills, it still involves using an external piece of software created by a third party via the command line.
However, there’s no need to worry as we will be using a small Python script, and you won’t have to install anything. I personally have verified the repository that we will be using throughout this story for any issues or integrity concerns, but you are welcome to check it out for yourself, and even create your own fork on GitHub if that is your preference.
