Seeing a room as it is me

A door that is like an entrance from where I meet with my own essence. This room sometimes just fades away as my thoughts, and when I become conscious, it suddenly comes back.

Sometimes it is a one-and-only room and sometimes it is linked with many sections of the room as sometimes I am in my mind and other times I am conscious about my different body parts where I go to live.

My mind feels like a safe place to think, feel, and come up with some ideas and solutions for my life. Sometimes there one corner seems lazy and tired and the other corner is like a critical thinker.

A TV hangs on one wall, allowing me to see the outer world. In front of it, there is a window through which I observe my inner environment. Sometimes, this view feels hazy, but at other times, I experience light winds of peace that fill my mind with harmony.

Most of my time is spent in the room of my mind but if it gets uneasy and dark, the other room gets visible for me to go and many times I prefer to go into the room of my heart that every time pamper me and balance my emotions.

When these two rooms, the room of mind and heart are in coherence then there is a different type of wind flow that feels like a kingdom of peace. And from many failed trials and going from the dark storm of my life it is possible to make it happen.

We can’t breathe properly if we function from one part of our body and this is what is happening in today’s world. we forget about how are we breathing and that’s why many people don’t know how they feeling.

If a brain releases chemicals and hormones then also your other parts of the body gland’s release some hormones. So it is not important to also be conscious about our other parts?

When you are conscious and try to make coherence with your own body self then all the walls of your room disappear and it will operate as one. And then if you are sitting in your mind’s room you can see what other part of yourself is feeling and function from that far.
