Self Love (Poem)

Self love is the best gift one can give to one self.
The closest relationship one has is first to himself/ herself. This precious body is the temple which houses the soul, a piece of the divine. To such a gift, one can only bow down! But such gifts also come with responsibilities. The first of such being self-love. To anyone who challenges and dares, I can only say, please look into yourself for the right answer. Self love is a topic on which thousands of articles have been written. But as a poet, can I write it so simply that everyone connects to it? Of course, as always, I can only try!
