We want six-pack abs, money, popularity, good looks.

For that you need to work -out daily, work daily, make content daily,

We try everything to make ourselves better, we stick to this for week or maybe months but there are times when we feel burn-out and leave everything,

And get back to our normal lifestyles.

So, what makes a habit to stick so it does not feel like a burden every time you do it?

Here are some practical tips to make ‘changes that last’-

1. Start Small:

- Focus on making tiny changes that are easy to incorporate into your daily routine.
- For example, if you want to start exercising, begin with just five minutes a day of brisk walking or stretching.

2. Make it Obvious:

- Set up your environment to make desired habits more visible and undesirable habits less tempting.
- For instance, if you want to read more, place a book on your nightstand instead of your phone to encourage bedtime reading.

3. Use Habit Stacking:

- Attach new habits to existing routines to streamline your behavior change process.
- For example, if you want to start meditating, do it immediately after brushing your teeth in the morning.

4. Implement Immediate Rewards:

- Reinforce new habits by immediately rewarding yourself after completing them.
- This could be as simple as giving yourself a pat on the back or enjoying a cup of your favorite tea.

5. Practice Habit Tracking:

- Keep track of your progress to stay accountable and motivated.
- Whether through a habit-tracking app or a journal, monitoring your efforts helps you stay on track and see your improvement over time.

6. Design Your Environment:

- Arrange your surroundings to support the habits you want to cultivate.
- For instance, if you aim to eat healthier, keep fruits and vegetables visible and easily accessible in your kitchen while stashing less healthy snacks out of sight.

7. Focus on Identity:

- Instead of solely setting goals, focus on embodying the identity of someone who achieves those goals.
- Ask yourself, "What would a person who has already achieved my goal do?" Then, act accordingly, reinforcing the identity you aspire to embody.

By incorporating these simple yet powerful strategies into your daily life, you can cultivate lasting habits that propel you ttowardyour goals. Remember, consistency is key, so start small, stay focused, and celebrate your progress along the way.
