How I used it?

We live in a hustle culture where sleep is often the first thing sacrificed.

The logic is simple.

“I’ll sleep when I’m dead” has become a badge of honor, but at what cost?

Sleep is not just about rest.

It’s a powerful tool for productivity, creativity, and improving your overall health.

The Science of sleep and productivity

Sleep is an active process where your body and brain work together to optimize performance the next day.

When you sleep, your brain consolidates memories, gets rid of toxins, and strengthens neural connections.

This process is critical for creativity, problem-solving, and focus.

Research shows that chronic sleep deprivation impairs cognitive function as much as being legally drunk.

Imagine trying to make important decisions with the clarity of someone who’s had one too many drinks!

The sweet spot for most adults is 7–9 hours per night, according to the CDC. I used to sleep 6 hours in my 20s, and now, in my mid-30s, I make sure to have 8 hours of solid quality sleep.
