We all want self-improvement!

We live in the midst of the social media revolution, and it seems almost everyone is there to either self-improve or tell others how to do it.

And this should be seen as a good thing — individually and for the world as a whole. But as with New Year’s resolutions, it is one thing to say that we want to change — it is a different one to actually change, and to keep that change in place for the long term.

An important factor that prevents change is our egos. They tend to cause us to resist change and thus improve.
