Sobriety: My Journey So Far: Part 1, Confidence
Those of you who read my last post will know that to start off the year, I decided to embrace sobriety for at least four months. It’s been over three months since I embarked on this journey, so I wanted to give you a little update on my journey so far, the challenges I have faced, my temptations, my frame of mind, and my success stories.
As I began writing this, I quickly realised that to cover everything in a single blog post was going to make it far too long for you, the reader and as I value your time, I have broken this story down into several parts.
This is part one, where I will speak about something that I briefly addressed in my first blog post on this journey into sobriety that I have chosen to embark upon, where I will cover the area of confidence.
